TCL Communication Unveils New Slogan, Smartphones

Chinese handset manufacturer TCL Communication Technology (2618.HK) announced its new "Be All You Wanna Be" slogan and unveiled 12 new smartphones under four lines during a recent launch event in Beijing. The new slogan emphasizes the brand's focus on "youth, fashion, ambition, and internationalization." The new super-thin handsets, under the "Joy," "Star," "Play," and "You" product lines, feature quad-core processors and large displays.

TCL Communication CEO Guo Aiping said the company is one of a few in the world with 2G, 2.5G, 2.75G, and 3G key technology patents, has invested in 4G technology R&D, and is involved in developing applications for next-generation terahertz communications technology.
