Speaking at the 2012 China Entrepreneur Summit in Beijing this weekend, Liu Chuanzhi, chairman of Lenovo's (0992.HK) parent company, Legend Holdings, disclosed that Legend Holdings plans an A-share IPO between 2014-2016, adding that the company has already invested over RMB 10 bln of a planned RMB 30 bln in preparation for the listing.
