Fan Zhijun, acting director for the north China region at consumer electronics and home appliances retailer Suning (002024.SZ), has revealed that consumer preference research conducted by Beijing Suning during the government's nationwide rural subsidy for appliances "old for new" promotion on June 20 found that among all of the old products being traded in for new ones, television sets were foremost, accounting for upwards of 40% of all requests, while computers accounted for only 8.82%.   Read More...
