Rumor: China Mobile, Nokia to Release TD-LTE Smartphone Next Week

China Mobile (NYSE: CHL; 0941.HK) and Nokia will reportedly release the Lumia 920T TD-SCDMA/TD-LTE Windows Phone 8 smartphone in Guangzhou on December 5, priced at RMB 4,600.

The smartphone may go on sale nationwide the same day. A photo circulating online alleged shows a Lumia 920T pre-order ad displayed by a Suning (002024.SZ) retail store in Beijing's Anzhenqiao area, offering the handset for RMB 4,499, lower than prices in Europe and Hong Kong.
