CNTV, Shandong Radio & TV, Shandong Unicom Partner on IPTV

China Central Television (CCTV)'s national online TV station, CNTV, Shandong Radio & TV Station, and Shandong Unicom recently signed an IPTV services cooperation agreement in Jinan. CNTV will provide the central broadcast and control platform for the project, while Shandong Radio & TV will operate the broadcast and control sub-platform, and Shandong Unicom will manage transmission and distribution of programming content.

Shandong IPTV will offer 110 live broadcast channels and over 20,000 hours of video-on-demand content, and has already met requirements for commercial operations.
